Dialectic works with advanced telephony solutions including Ovolab Phlink & Parliant PhoneValet. These are hardware/software packages that allow you to make and receive calls over your landline directly from your Mac. Dialectic can integrate with these applications to control dialing which allows you to access all of Dialectic’s features (such as the Dialectic Service menu item or integration with the supported contact managers) and use these telephony solutions as your Dial Method. While these other packages are powerful in their own right, using them with Dialectic is desirable because then you get all of Dialectic’s other benefits including Quick Dial entries, the Call Timer, the Call Log, and more.
