When launching Dialectic on a system that had a previous installation of JPT, your JPT preferences should be migrated to Dialectic. Unfortunately, though you may receive notice of a discount for upgrading to Dialectic from JPT if you launch Dialectic on a Mac previously running JPT, this discount is no longer valid. JPT was discontinued in 2007 and we ended upgrade discounts in 2012.
